The work Neighbours explores the fine line between remembrance and oblivion, between timelessness and transience, between visibility and invisibility. The epoxy cast is only a shadow, a fragile, fleeting image of a hundred-year-old window that was once part of the Viennese shop in the 13th district and is now set aside to decay. The epoxy cast on the other side attempts to catch the moment in time and commemorates the lost daily object of the past.
